231 Pasir Panjang New Launch by Oxley Holdings Limited

At 231 Pasir Panjang Road, Oxley Holdings is in process of developing a new project, The Verandah Residences. For a whopping S$121 million, and after applying for all required approvals from the authorities and residential bodies, Oxley Holdings will be redeveloping the property. It is a freehold development that will be located near to the city and the Buona Vista Exchange. Other facilities that are close to The Verandah Residences are Kent Ridge Park and West Coast Park, and many other shopping malls and famous food chains.

The Verandah Residences Condo will be built on a total of 89,620 sqft of area, along the Pasir Panjang Road. The freehold land was originally enbloc over by Oxley Holdings, the parent company, who have then awarded the work to Oxley Amber Pte Ltd for the construction of this project.

On 11th July, Casuarina Properties gave out a public option for the land to be bought, after which, Oxley headed in and took over the land through bank loans and internal fundings.
